Your Hero has 4 months or 12,000KM the longest on the market.
In the event that the motorcycle presents any abnormality and the customer considers that it is covered by the guarantee, he or she must immediately take the motorcycle to a trusted Hero dealer or authorized workshop for evaluation.
Procedure for claiming a guarantee:
1. The dealer or workshop will analyze the defect and determine if the case corresponds to a guarantee, according to its policy.
2. If the defect is due to product quality, the authorized dealer or workshop will immediately proceed with the repair or replacement of the parts, taking into account that the case is not the product of misuse or improper handling or any other established warranty limitation in the warranty policy.
3. The dealer or workshop will make the repairs on the motorcycle, at no cost to the client.
4. To qualify for the warranty, the motorcycle had to attend all maintenance checks in accordance with the Hero maintenance plan.

Failure to attend the recommended revisions in the time or mileage indicated in the owner’s manual.
Repair or adjustment by the user in a workshop or dealer other than the one authorized in each city or municipality.
Damage due to use other than that for which the motorcycle was designed or misuse of it. Ex: Excessive load, street racing, etc.
Damage to the motorcycle due to the use of parts and accessories other than those recommended by XXX
Damages due to the use of non-original spare parts, oil, grease, fuel and fluid other than those recommended by XXX
Use of the motorcycle in sporting events, rally or as a taxi.
Damage to the vehicle due to:
- Poor storage (scratch or blow in parking lot)
- Accident (whether intentional or not)
- Fire
- Heist
Any vehicle that has been modified in a way that may affect quality, function, or performance.
Aging or discoloration caused by:
- Permanent sun exposure
- Bird droppings
- Industrial contamination
- Contamination by chemicals used to clean and shine the vehicle (Chlorine, silicones, etc.)
The normal wear and tear of components such as: electrical cables, clutch guide, accelerator guide, shock guide, filters, spark plugs, clutch plates and discs, brake shoes, etc. And petroleum products and liquids, such as oil, grease, brake fluid, etc.
Incidental or additional expenses incurred under the warranty claim such as: towing, hotel accommodation, tickets and food, resulting from damage to the vehicle in a remote location.
Any damage resulting from repair, adjustment or maintenance operation made by anyone other than the Authorized Service Center / Dealer.
